RV Almirante Gago Coutinho

The RV Almirante Gago Coutinho is Hydrographic and Oceanographic research vessel that belongs to the Portugese Navy. She conducted a cruise in the Atlantic Ocean near coast of Portugal in March - April 2011. Eighty-five (85) measurement series spanning 12 days were acquired.

Dr. Giuseppe Zibordi from the European Commission - Joint Research Centre (Ispra, Italy) was a Principal Investigator for aerosol optical measurements and operated the sun photometer onboard.
