2007 RRS Discovery Cruise
 

RRS Discovery

The Royal Research Ship Discovery belongs to Natural Environment Research Council of the UK. The cruise took place from November to December 2007. The cruise area in the Subtropical and Tropical Atlantic encompassing the region between the Canary Islands and Capo Verde. Eighty-four (84) measurement series spanning 23 days were acquired during the cruise.

Dr. Tim Smyth from Plymouth Marine Laboratory (Plymouth, UK) was a Principal Investigator for aerosol optical measurements and operated sun photometer onboard.
