Return of NASA Owned Property from International Sites

NASA will arrange for the return of all NASA owned property. A shipping document will be prepared here at NASA and we will arrange the pick up.

  • A pick up address, point of contact, telephone number, and the date of pickup
  • Please send all information to Amy Scully— Amy.M.Scully@nasa.gov.

Return of NASA Owned Property from US Sites

Please contact Amy Scully for shipping information regarding the return of NASA owned equipment from US/International sites. Please send the following so we can expedite the process:

  • Contact Name
  • Complete Address
  • Land Line Phone number
  • Cell Phone number
  • DHL or FEDEX preference
  • How many boxes
  • Institution Tax ID #

Return of Non-NASA Owned Property

Using a door to door carrier is the most efficient method of shipping.
(DO NOT SHIP AIRPORT TO AIRPORT)

  • Contact a door to door carrier such as DHL, FedEx, etc.
  • Fill out the carrier's required paperwork

Make sure you ship to the address provided below.


Note:

If a door to door carrier is not used, the equipment will be delayed in customs. NASA can not give Power of Attorney for shipments to be cleared. It is extremely important that we follow these procedures.
