- THIS SITE IS NO LONGER ACTIVE.EOPACE, Electro-Optical Propagation Assessment in Coastal Environments, was an experiment that was conducted in Duck, North Carolina. Two instruments, EOPACE1 and EOPACE2, were set up at a distance of 600 m from each other. EOPACE1 was set up at the base of the pier (Image 1) and EOPACE2 (Image 2) was set up at the end of the pier.
