2008 RRS Discovery Cruise
 

Royal Research Ship Discovery belongs to Natural Environment Research Council of the UK. The cruise took place from January to February 2008. The cruise area in the Subtropical and Tropical Atlantic encompassed the region between Canary Islands and Capo Verde. Eighty-one (81) measurement series spanning 23 days were acquired during the cruise.

Ms. Claire F. Powell from School of Environmental Sciences at the University of East Anglia (Norwich, UK) operated sun photometer onboard.
