RV Laurence M. Gould

RV Laurence M. Gould belongs to Raytheon Polar Services Company and is used by researchers from National Science Foundation, USA. The cruise took place in March  April 2011. The cruise area included a transect between South America and Palmer Station in Antarctica. Thirty-four (34) measurement series spanning 4 days were acquired during the cruise.

Mr. Patrick Disterhoft from the NOAA Earth System Research Laboratory, Global Monitoring Division (Boulder, Colorado) was a Principal Investigator for aerosol optical depth measurements and operated a sunphotometer onboard.
