RV Maria S. Merian

The R/V Maria S. Merian is owned by the Federal Republic of Germany and is operated by the Institute for Baltic Sea Research at Warnemünde. The cruise took place in November-December 2008. The cruise area included Central and Tropical Atlantic. Sixty eight(68) measurement series spanning 27 days were acquired.

Dr. Peter Croot was a Principal Investigator for optical depth measurements and Dr. Christian Schlosser operated a sunphotometer onboard.
