MARITIME AEROSOL NETWORK (MAN)
 
2009 FORV Sagar Sampada Cruise
 

The Fishery and Oceanographic Research Vessel (FORV) Sagar Sampada, belongs to the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Govt. of India. The cruise took place in March 2009. The cruise area included Arabian Sea. Thirty-three (33) measurement series spanning twelve (12) days were acquired during the cruise.

Dr. Joaquim I. Goés from the Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences (West Boothbay Harbor, Maine, USA) was the Principal Investigator and conducted aerosol optical depth measurements onboard, assisted by Dr. Helga Gomes from the same institution.
