2012 RV F.G. Walton Smith Cruise
 

The RV F.G.Walton Smith is a primary research vessel for the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences (Virginia Key, Florida). The cruise took place in February - March 2012. The cruise area included The Straits of Florida and Gulf of Mexico. Nineteen (19) measurement series spanning 4 days were acquired during the cruise.

Dr. Michael Ondrusek from NOAA/NESDIS (Camp Springs, Maryland, USA) was the Principal Investigator for optical depth measurements and operated a sunphotometer onboard.
