2011 RV Akademik Cruise
 

RV Akademik

The RV Akademik belongs to Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and is operated by the Institute of Oceanology (Varna). This cruise, supported by the EUROFLEETS program, was conducted in the Black Sea during July 2011. Forty-three (43) measurement series spanning four (4) days were acquired.

Dr. Giuseppe Zibordi from the European Commission - Joint Research Centre (Ispra, Italy) was the Principal Investigator for aerosol optical measurements and operated a sun photometer onboard.
