MARITIME AEROSOL NETWORK (MAN)
 
2012 RV Akademik Cruise
 

The RV Akademik belongs to Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and is operated by the Institute of Oceanology (Varna). This cruise, supported by the EUROFLEETS program, was conducted in the Black Sea in September 2012. Eleven (11) measurement series spanning 6 days were acquired.

Mrs. Violeta Slabakova from Institute of Oceanology, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (Varna, Bulgaria) was the Principal Investigator for aerosol optical measurements and Mr. Yavor Vekov operated a sun photometer onboard.
