The Royal Research Ship James Clark Ross is a British Antarctic Survey supply and research ship. The cruise took place from October to November 2008. The cruise area included an Atlantic transect from British Isles to Falkland Islands. Sixty-five (65) measurement series spanning 23 days were acquired during the cruise.
Dr. Tim Smyth from Plymouth Marine Laboratory (Plymouth, UK) was a Principal Investigator for aerosol optical measurements and Dr. Christopher Gallienne operated sun photometer onboard.
