2008 RV Knorr 2008 Cruise
 

RV Knorr 2008

R/V Knorr is a research vessel owned by the U.S. Navy and operated by the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. The cruise took place in March - April 2008.The cruise area included the Northern Atlantic within the framework of the ICEALOT project. One- hundred ninety (190) measurement series spanning 10 days were acquired during the cruise.

Dr. Patricia Quinn from NOAA's Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) was a Principal Investigator for aerosol optical depth measurements and Mr. Drew Hamilton operated sunphotometer onboard.
