MARITIME AEROSOL NETWORK (MAN)
 
2012 RV Knorr Cruise
 

R/V Knorr is a research vessel owned by the U.S. Navy and operated by the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. The cruise took place in May - July 2012.The cruise area included the North Atlantic Ocean. Eighty-eight (88) measurement series spanning 16 days were acquired during the cruise.

Dr. Ilan Koren from Department of Environmental Sciences and Energy Research, Weizmann Institute of Science (Rehovot, Israel) was the Principal Investigator for optical depth measurements. Dr. Yoav Lehahn and Ms. Shlomit Sharoni operated a sunphotometer onboard.
