Site Description:
  • The Bolzano site is in the Adige valley (Italian Alps), located at the Bolzano touristic airport area approximately 5 km south of the city center. The instrument is mounted at approximately 1 m height from the ground and in the surroundings there are: the airport runway, vineyards and apple-fields, a railway, commercial and residential areas. Within 1 km distance there are a landfill and an industrial waste management plant.
