Here are installed three Lidar systems which allow aerosol, water vapour and stratospheric ozone profile measurements. Besides, there are a series of passive instruments like UVA and UVB radiometers, GUV narrow band radiometer and a piranometer. This sunphotometer was installed at Rio Gallegos Military Air Base, approximately 7km west of Rio Gallegos city, Argentina at the end of 2005.
