Site Description
The instrument is mounted on the rooftop terrace of the main building of Dobrogea Seismological Observatory, a branch of the Romanian National Institute for Earth Physics. The building is located in the city of Eforie Nord, a seaside resort, and is close to the Black Sea Shore.
