Site Description
The instrument is be installed on a pole of 1 m height on on an agricultural field (sun flowers) in the „Baar" Upland east of the the Black Forest close to the city of Villingen-Schwenningen in southwestern Germany. The instrument will be operated for the Swabian MOSES Project which focusses on initiation and development of deep convection and thunderstorms as well as heat waves and drought.
