- Roof of Loskop Dam Nature Reserve office building. Pristine bush environment. Horizon somewhat obscured by hills, particularly SE to NE up to elevation angle of maximum 20º. Nearest towns are Groblersdal and Middelburg. Aerosols chiefly from biomass burning, particularly in winter. Winters otherwise clear and dry.
