Site Description:
  • The photometer is situated on the roof of the Delegation of Agencia Estatal de Meteorologia in Murcia. Murcia is the capital and most populous city of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, with a population about 450,000 inhabitants. It is located in the Southeast of the Iberian Peninsula, by the Segura River, 40 km from the Mediterranean Coast. Murcia is noted by a mild climate with hot summers, mild winters and scarce precipitation.
