Site Description:
  • Installed in the upper roof of a water intake, in the upper Río de la Plata, 60 km south of Buenos Aires city and close to the entrance of La Plata port. The site is characterized by turbid waters and phytoplankton blooms have been detected in spring and summer seasons.
