- The automatic sun tracking photometer is a CIMEL model CE318N-EBS9-T909/UA4174 with filters: 340-380-440-500-675-870-936-1020-1640 nm. It is set up with a SATLINK II SUTRON transmitter. The equipment is set up on the roof of the Humanities and Social Science (HSS) Building, on the main campus of Santa Monica College (SMC). SMC is located less than two miles from Santa Monica Beach, and 15 miles west of downtown Los Angeles.
