Palmira is ~30 km Northeast of Cali, the 3rd largest Colombian city. The Campus is surrounded by extensive, mechanized sugarcane plantations, and several sugar mills and other industries.BUILDING: photometer deployed on a concrete roof (5th floor) of a Classroom Building (#50); Western and Central Andes Mountain Chains to the west and east, respectively; No significant local aerosol sources (only one perimeter internal, very low traffic road).PLATFORM: 1.5 m high dedicated aluminum tripod.
