Site Description:
  • This aerocan instrument is located in the Canadian Arctic at the PEARL (Polar Environment Atmospheric Research Laboratory). PEARL was developed for atmospheric sounding from the surface to 100 km. The facility is about 15 kms from the Eureka weather station. It will include UV and IR spectrometers, lidars, photometers and an aerosol mass spectrometer.
