Site Description:
  • The photometer is installed on the roof of a private house in the middle of an irrigated plain with cereals, market gardening and orchards. The Ben Salem site is 20 km south west of Kairouan in the central Tunisia and 70 km east of the Mediterranean coast. The climate is semi-arid, with winter rains and high temperature in summer.
