Site Description:
  • This site is located in the city of Burjassot (35.000 inhabitants) on the roof of the Physics Faculty from the University of Valencia (campus of Burjassot). The site is 5km northwest from Valencia city center and 10km west from the Mediterranean coast. The metropolitan area of Valencia is inhabited by 1.400.000 people (year 2001). Light industry is found in the area; varied intensive agriculture is also practiced in the region.
