  • The instrument is to be located on the northern corner of the roof of Talbot College at The University of Western Ontario. The instrument is on the “low” roof, 4 stories up; it is far enough from the high roof that at all seasons the Sun/Moon would not be blocked. The UWO campus is north of downtown London.
