Description:

- The site is located in Masdar City on an elevated platform with several other instruments like Solar Aureole Measurement Radiometer (SAM), two axis Kipp and Zonen tracker with Pyranometer and Pyrheliometers, A wind sensor, Rotating shadowband. All the instruments are placed such that they are not shaded by one another. The location is 25 km away from the main city of Abu Dhabi near the Abu Dhabi Airport.
